"Dee was such a fantastic part of our wedding crew from beginning to end. From the first time we met with her she provided practical advice and her beautiful quirky edge!

“We waited 15 years for marriage equality and we wanted our wedding to be amazing but also wanted to avoid most of the boring traditions. We asked Dee to write a ceremony that was funny with no cheesy sentiment. I’m a shy introvert so really wanted to avoid being the centre of attention. My husband Dan and I found Dee via her website, and were instantly attracted to her sense of humour and energy once we met up for the first time. Dee was an incredible great fit for our wedding day, and made the whole process of getting married about a fun day rather than boring procedure. She tailor built our ceremony from the ground up, and centred it around our relationship and our quirks. Dee went out of her way to include our family and friends in the ceremony, which meant that our ceremony felt very real and true to who we are. :I don't mean to brag (who am I kidding, of course I do!) but we've been told that our ceremony was the best and most hilarious that any of our guests have ever witnessed! Dee just "got us". She understood the depth of emotion that would be present due to both my husband and I losing our dad's as equally as she understood our sick sense of humour. My husband (wow, that's still weird to write) and I are still on a high from our wedding a few weeks ago - and still getting messages from family and friends about how much they loved our ceremony! From our first meeting in Melbourne about a year ago, we were completely hooked on Dee's humour, style and energy and knew she would be the perfect person to marry us in a fun- laugh- and love-filled ceremony.
